Hi Guys,
You may have already come across my earlier post on 'How to Touch a Woman', called "Outside-In". I hope you enjoyed experimenting with it. This one is a little more Shamanic in that it uses the different types of elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) as metaphors for the quality of our touch.
Try to keep those images in your head while you explore each one:
- Most of us touch people the way we like to be touched. Some like to be held firm, some like light, soft brushes.
- If it's not the way you like it, it can drive you crazy (in a bad way).
- If it is the way you like it, it can also drive you crazy (in a very very good way!)
- So, guys, in the interests of finding out what you like first, the next time you are pleasuring yourself, experiment with these four ways of touch. Then get feedback on it from your partner(s):
- Earth touch: place your palms flat on your body and hold. Keep still. Focus your attention on the warmth of your hand and the texture of the body you feel. Very good for grounding and feeling safe.
- Water touch: Sweep the palms of your hand along and around your body. Follow the contours of your body. There should still be some pressure from your hands. Think of this as what you would receive in an oil massage.
- Air touch: Use your finger tips and a lighter pressure. Similar to water-touch, follow the contours of the body you feel. Swill and swirl your hands like a summer breeze.
- Fire touch: Use your finger tips and a light pressure to contact your body in random places. Like a flickering flame, it should be unpredictable. This one can really build arousal and, when enjoyed (it can be pleasurably frustrating!), it can produce an incredible feeling for both men and women.
- Enjoy!
